How pw_reset_link works with wpforo

Started using gsa ser recently. Therefore, I do not really understand the intricacies of her work. On the wpforo engine, on some sites a password reset is required to complete registration, in some cases gsa ser passes this requirement and registers a user, but most of these requests are not processed. can this be somehow solved? I looked for a solution in the manual and forum search. Someone has encountered this or a similar problem, but has not found a solution.

Example: gsa ser is registered on the site https://ola-forum.gr, an email was sent with a link to change the password https://ola-forum.gr/?foro=resetpassword&rp_key=t5yJj3W6nxRjgzZwvDEa&rp_login=delmarpownall5

gsa ser checked mail, but this profile is not in the checked list, there is no post. And if we follow the link ourselves, we can add the desired description and link.

maybe your email client downloaded the message and SER was unable to see it as by default, email clients delete the message from the server.
