Anyone test the iframe, meta, and refresh options for passing link juice?

Other than the main 301 option, these other 3 seem like they may be worthwhile and pass link juice but I'm unsure...

iFrame HTML Redirect
Meta HTML Redirect
Refresh HTTP Header

Anyone run any actual tests, or be tech savvy enough with all the background code or whatever to know they pass juice?

I know the 301s are good of course...and that 302 arent good for this purpose.

And I am pretty sure meta refreshes work to and iframes are valuable but not sure in this context.

Unsure about the refresh http header...
