How to disable keyword - http://mydomain.com anchor text?

I have been getting a lot of links in the keyword - http://mydomain.com format but I would like it to only appear as either keyword or http://mydomain.com, not both of them together. How can I disable this?

Disable the trackback engines, those seem to be the culprits
