Import URL Format for Anchor Text

When I import a bunch of URL's from some other software what format should I use to make sure that anchor text is imported as well.

Is it something like this:

http://link1.com##{Anchor1|Anchor2}

or

http://link1.com {Anchor1|Anchor2}

Or something else altogether?
