Android tablet -> RDP

Anyone use an android tablet to administer and run a copy of SER via an RDP? I'm not an android guy so I'm not particularly clued up on it all but it would be nice to know if it's a) possible and b) viable?

    I use "RD client"
  • Thanks for the reply. And you use it on a tablet and are able to perform most tasks on SER without issue?

    Yes, It gives you access to your server via RDP. I myself use that when I'm outside or on a trip through my handphone.
    Using hotkeys is a little bit annoying but still, you can do anything you want.
  • Great, thanks! I'd best get shopping for a tablet then

    You're welcome :)
  • I'd suggest try it on your phone first so you can get an idea about what will you get. You can do pretty much everything but I find it very limiting due to the two screen I have on my desktop. I used to check on ser from my phone but other than that didn't do much.

    You can also connect a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to your tablet and it should make it easier to manage tasks.
