Magcloud engine question

Hello
I can see that there are "submit success" in [LOGIN_STEP2] and [STEP3]
I thought this should be written at the first step like [REGISTER_STEP1], [LOGIN_STEP1], and [STEP1] the same as verify submission
Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you!
