How do we get support these days?  We have been on other projects a few years and need to get re-engaged and integrate BPM Automation to build PRJ files.

    Send a private message on this forum if it's license-related. Otherwise, you can always ask on this forum for help. :) We users are still here to help one another. I've been gone for a bit, too; it happens.
  • Who do we sent the PM to?  Is Sven still active?

    If nothing helps send a PM or directly email me.
    Support is almost instantly handled unless Im asleep.

    Well I don't know what license you mean as the email or name you use here is not among our customers. And license issues have to be solved by emailing GSA directly anyway.
