Getting access denied every time saving setting

Hello anyone know why GSA is unable to save the setting file as shown in this image
im guessing its windows privilege issue or something like that ..im not sure

i have reinstall the soft but still having the same issue..GSA ser unable to save files after making changes in setting

    Maybe your hard disk is full? Check that as well please.

    Make sure you run SER as Administrator

    i used 150GB out of 500GB available disk ..my GSA ser was not being used for quite some time (6 months or more)
    today i need to run a campaign, so i started the soft (run as administrator) and imported a template ..when i add email and click OK (save) , GSA complained (SS above)

    i have 2 windows user account, and GSA ser installation path are in C: not in program files..do you think that's can caused problem?

    Hmm captcha breaker also behave the same things

    Where exactly is it running from? C:\ directly or in a sub folder?

    the path are C:\GSA\GSA Search Engine Ranker (for GSA SER) so there's 2 subfolders within GSA C:\GSA\GSA Search Engine Ranker and C:\GSA\GSA Captcha Breaker...

    ah i didn't realize that ....sven anyway, how many times does GSA allowing to transfer licenses per month? im thinking to reinstall the whole OS and reinstalled GSA on new system, but i just reinstalled Captcha breaker and GSA ser this morning

    you can do that as often as you want...the only thing you need to take care of is: no not use the license on more than one system at a time.y
