When Re-Titling Articles, Should Xes Be Honored?

OK; I used the feature to rename articles in the article pane. Noticed used KWs that I had set to NOT be used, when generating articles/titles usual way.

Would it be useful to have a feature to toggle whether to create titles with Kws with respect to the respective OT column status for that KW, for that project?

    Keywords are only used in the title of articles if the OT column is set. I think it's not a good idea ignoring this or even offer an option.Have you seen that keywords are used where the OT column is not checked?
