Remove any sentence with a dollar sign

Is it possible to also have a checkbox to remove  sentences with a dollar sign in them?

There would be plenty of instances of articles where a sentence with a dollar sign is a clear indication that the sentence is about buying something, and may not not fit well with articles.

you can do that already. Just add $ as filter with options to remove sentence.
