noobie need help If i want to scrape backlink from my competition what program i need to use ???

    You might have to use a third party tool like ahrefs, semrush or some kind of backlink discovery tool to find your competitors backlinks. Then you would have to export them in mass and import them into SER. 

    Keep in mind that the backlink has to be compatible with one of SERs engines or the software won't be able to register and get the link.

    thank you im newbie still don't know anything still looking for other tool for use with gsa 
    like proxy what a provide i would be buy 
    i would like to do for tier 2  like setting config
