How to export all working proxies via FTP?

I have my Automatic Export set up to export proxies via FTP upload.  It works but it only seems to export a subset of the proxies available.  However when I use Export button in the menu bar, I can select "working" proxies and export to a text file and I get all of the proxies the app currently has.

    Im sure you have some filters on that export enabled that would skip some.

    @Sven thank you for your response!  I only now just realized that the settings for the export are in two stages and that the filters are decided in the 2nd step.  I looked at the first step and got confused when I didn't see any options to change the filter.
