How to use name field?

@sven - I have set up some names I would like to use in the name field, how do I get the first name & last name fields to use those names?

    You have to use the "First Name" and "Last Name" and put there your different names with one line each. During submission, it will choose one line randomly and also combine them later for "Full Name".

    @sven - that method is mixing up the first names and last names.

    I am using real people's names so I would like the first name and last name to match.

    then the only way to have a different name with each url is using that in a CSV you import and reference to that macro.
