Is there any good GSA lists provider?

I am new here Might I know that is there any sites or provider offer good lists for GSA running (better allow subscription)? Any friend could suggest to me?  And for captcha and email solution, is there any way is good for GSA?

Hi friend,

Might I ask you another question pls, I used old version GSA for running, and I didn't run it for long time, now I want to run GSA again, should I update it to latest version? I viewed some articles online, they said that after updating, the running threads will be decreased. Is it true?

Another question, after I update it, will the settings in GSA be changed? Or keep as same?

just update, any old version is not recommended.
