How Reverification of Verified links works for Hosting related issue?

Hello Everyone.

Sometimes, Wordpress verified post I gets a 

"Error establishing a database connection"

Which we all know is because GSA Users consumed all of their hosting bandwidth. 
There maybe other 5xx type errors (Hosting related)

So my question is. If I set my camapign to recheck all verified links in 24 hrs, is there a chance that these links will be removed from my Verified links (within camapign) ?

They will eventually, but you can check the 'Dont remove URLs (check hint)' box to make sure they don't get removed from the verified links. Personally if the links built are on these unreliable domains I would be fine with them being removed, especially if I was building a tier to them.
