how to filter out Link (int) and (ext) ?

i  need to filter the url of blog comment , very low int links and ext links  , i have turn filter option on but not seems work or is there anyway ?

The filter is used but it can still add a link if:

a) the link is already there and e.g. placed with another app or by another person

b) the links grow after you have placed yours in a later verification try and the stats are updated here.
