How to override privacy popup

I got some issue about "forced" privacy popup, please help, how to fix.
Example URL: www.burnoutcoaches.nl/contact

When you first time open in browser then you will get a privacy agreement popup, without "accept" you are not able fill the form, in this case the GSA Website Contact fail on sending with "Ready failed" message.

How to fix?

This site has a different problem with "CSRF verification failed". I don't think this is easily fixable as it's some anti-bot protection.
