    Mouse over to get a hint...it's the Queue of waiting URLs to submit.

    where does this figure come from? for example, there were 16,000 verified links at the moment

    When SER verified a link, it is sending that to GSA SEO Indexer according to your settings. If it's e.g. a link with a moving page, it might skip sending, same as if it's nofollow or you have other restrictions set in global options.
    In project options you can define after how many days it should send the links. By default this is set to 5 days after first verification.
    The "Q: 9618" means it's having so many URLs in the queue to submit. There should be a window opened with all the URLs in a list where it goes through it now.
