I did everything as described https://gsaserlists.com/how-to-import-gsa-ser-pre-made-templates/. The template was copied empty: no links, no anchors. Explain to me, does this addon need to be filled out again, copying everything from the main project?

You need to fill in the required data, including URLs, anchor texts, etc., based on your project. These fields are specified in the template.
Do I need Xevil to get the most out of these lists?
I just started using SER again today and I have setup the following so far:
VPS
Proxies
Emails
GSA SER, Captcha Breaker and SEO Indexer
I vaguely remember I used to buy lists years ago and SER would use the folder I choose etc, do these work the same way?
Looking at purchasing tomorrow, if you have a coupon that would also be great. Thanks.

You have the option to enter your keywords in the anchor text field. If you are dealing with different URLs, each with unique keywords, you can use the 'Edit' button adjacent to this field. After clicking 'Edit', select 'edit all.' An example of how this looks is provided below:

Archives with proxies began to be collected in the SERLib folder. I haven't noticed this before. Is this how it should be?

If you subscribed to and downloaded SERlib before version 4.6 (January 18, 2024), please restart your PC/server and delete everything inside the SERlib folder (the same folder shown in your screenshot). After that, you can force a reinstallation of SERlib through the 'Advanced -> APIs tab -> SERlib update button'.
