Are the anchor variation settings functional when attaching anchor text directly to the URLs?

Are the following anchor text settings in project > data functional when I attach my anchors directly to the URLs in my projects?

# Use generic anchor text 20%
# Use domain as anchor text with 33%
# Use anchor text variations with 20%

Can these settings can be used when attaching anchors to the URL? ie: http://mysite.com/#{KW1|KW2|KW3|4|5|6|7|8|9|10}

Yes the anchor attached to the URL is overwritten by the % settings.

@sven - just to confirm setting percent overwrites URL usage?

And if I have different anchors in secondary anchor field to urls if will use anchors from urls?

Just in another thread I think you mentioned URL overwrites project settings anchors.

Arg yes of course, the secondary ancour if defined with the URL is used instead of the one defined in the edit field.
