    Click on the Add button on the right. You need to choose your service from that popup menu.

    On pop up only 2 services GSA SEO Indexer and GSA URL Redirect PRO, Indexification not showing

    Try to reinstall. There should be a folder in...
    C:\Users\<login>\AppData\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranker\Index_service
