Acabo de exportar mi archivo para importar en blogger o blogspot no funciona.

¿Existe una manipulación específica?

Well, when you import that to BlogSpot, you get no error?

it puts me in the importation court then it says that the items will be available in the site once the importation is finished and nothing happens?

I tried for one and several items but it doesn't work.

Well I don't own an account there to test, but the export format was build to best of my knowledge. If you have a file that imports fine, I can try to replicate that.

I think there's a difference between the GSA CG generated XML file and the converted XML file imported from Wordpress. Please try to see the differences in the files I sent.

I tried to export from WP and converted here https://wordpress-to-blogger-converter.appspot.com/

This file can be uploaded to blogspot smoothly.
