What is your choice?

page backlink For example
-> abc.com/page1  <- every day 1~1000 backlink work
-> abc.com/page2  <- every day 1~1000 backlink work
-> abc.com/page3  <- every day 1~1000 backlink work
-> abc.com/page4  <- every day 1~1000 backlink work

domain backlink For example
-> abc.com <- every day 1~1000 backlink work

It really depends on your project. As @Deeeeeeee says, you can use any method as you wish
