Stop private proxies from getting disabled?

I have 20 private proxies and about 300+ public at any given time, I am using private for submission and public for scraping and everything else and everything works great until the 20 private proxies get detected as "not working", is there a way to stop this, the proxies are never down idk why GSA marks them as not working.
If I deselect "automatically disable bad proxies on use" it won't disable the public proxies used for scraping that go up/down constantly.

Anyone have ideas? Or does this need to be implemented?

    It seems that the auto proxy check that occurs when SER is running, marks good proxies as dead. Maybe it's because there are too many connections on the proxy when the check occurs?
