If you use gmail you may know that on android phones gmail shows a
little picture of the sender beside the email if the sender has an image
added to his/her account. By default gmail doesn't show this image of
emails that are not gmail accounts but I've seen some companies managed
to add their logos there even if they don't use gmail.
I've followed this tutorial but it doesn't work:

I've read somewhere that it needs a certain amount of subscribers to work, others mentioned I need to use Google G suite.
Does anyone know how to get this done?
