Here is what I am getting in my hotmail.com account:

Is this normal?  I am getting lots of these.  Basically it seems that I cannot make any comments etc. untill I click on the link and register.

    You aren't using your real email account are you? You should be using an account that you don't need. Do you have the same email in the "Your Email" field and in the email verification tab under login?
