Using home internet to solve recaptcha 3

Hi @Sven instead of proxies, can web site contact form submitter solve recaptcha 3 if i set the system to submit 1 form per min (or 1 form per 2 minutes) using a home computer with a home IP address? Im guessing recaptcha 3 kinda "blocks" proxies addresses?

    recaptcha is not solved locally, you need to have a service for that and then no proxies are used either.
