SER is not sending submissions to sites!

Hello! Any idea why SER is not sending out my projects? I mean it did but now everything seems on hold! Everything its working, email captchas etc. Its just there are no more submissions going on!

Already reset the data! 
What can I do?

this means you have submitted 66 or 64 times but did not get any verified URLs from it so far.

I don't know what your settings are, but usually you see whats up when closly watching the log.
