VPS Recommendation

I want to buy a new VPS for GSA, 

• 8 GB DDR4 RAM
• 4 CPU cores
• 200 GB SSD

is this a good VPS for GSA or need some more powerful, I'm also planning to use serengines

That's a good enough setup. You shouldn't have any problems with it especially if it isn't on an oversold server.
