Is GSA proxy Scraper is a lifetime deal?

I want to buy GSA proxy scraper for my GSA SER. Is it a lifetime deal for 99 dollar or do I have to renew it every month? Please answer for my next action.

Everyday you have to export private proxies  from scrapper and upload it into gsa
