How to select all proxy sites?

Hello, it may seem like a simple question but I am trying to select all the check boxes of the proxy sites, using the command control + shift but it does not select.

How could I select everything quickly with the keyboard?

Right click -> Check all

However, you should really not check all the sources, that would keep the scraper busy for hours and testing as well. It's just too much really.
