Private Proxies not working on VPS

I dont know for some reason Private Proxies are not working on VPS. Public proxies are working.

Is there any settings for private proxies ???

    Proxy scrapper is not working for me today and in GSA when I am adding private proxies it suddenly stopped after scanning 10 - 20 proxies
