Is it possible bad proxies made Verified site lists go to the Failed list?

One day i forgot to renew proxies, so it ran and failed for maybe 24 hours. Is it possible it made my Verified list go to Failed list?

I ask this because I am only getting 20 wordpress articles max after many days of waiting (settings is only Wordpress articles). This is a very low number, I think i used to get a lot more.

Also, what can be done from here?

    No, because SER is only adding new entries to a site list and not removing anything unless you manually do that by options->advanced->tools...
