Auto SoftSubmit doesn't support non-latin descriptions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use any PAD file from http://repository.appvisor.com/ that has descriptions translated to Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew, Russian, Georgian or some other language.
2. Open it, edit, and try to save.
I have a couple of problems with it:
a. Characters are garbage (should I install fonts or locales?)
b. Character counter is off, claiming the strings are too long
c. I'm not sure if the submitted text would be proper one
