Lost License Serial

We lost our license serial number and cannot use the software. I tried contacting by e-mail. Is there any way to get our license serial number quickly?

    I really tried to answer you but.... 
        SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
    550 Your country is not allowed to connect to this server.
    So again here then: The license was resent to info@longislandrec******.com

    I don't seem to get your e-mails at the other e-mail address. I just tried to change a setting so maybe I will get it now if you can either resend or send to our alternate e-mail in our profile here.
