New version - slow processing

I am just back using GSA WC after at least 3 months. There is a new version here with separate proxy settings for Search, Check, Send. I am using the same provider for rotating and private (proxym.io and Instantproxies) proxies checked, IP's whitelisted, seem to be working. But it starts very difficultly and after a few seconds it stops and says there is no proxies set for searching (public, rotating here) So I could just send out 30 messages within a half day, which is far under the expectations. Something is wrong with my settings for sure. Pls help! Thanks
