Is it recommended to leave this at 0, or do a lot of forms recognise that as spam if it's sent instantly?

    some scripts prevent you from submission if it happens too fast...you might really want to use 10 sec here if you can accept a slow down.

    I wonder if you think this could be a good idea to add to the 'retry to submit to previous failed submissions' ?

    So it'll do the run with 0 seconds and then on the retry, if selected, will try again with a delay of x seconds.

    hmm no, often you are not even noticed if they think you are a bot.
