False reports of no contact form

Hello,

I'm getting a lot of false reports that there's no contact form found on a page, yet when I check the links manually there is an obvious contact form on the page. I'm getting a great number of reports like this so this is definitely a problem that I need to get to the bottom of. Would definitely appreciate some fast help with this issue, thanks

    Well I have a list of hundreds that I'm getting these false reports on, but here's a few. If you need me to send you over the huge list, please tell me where I should send it.

    www.ben-smith.net/contact/
    www.10bestdesign.com/contact/
    www.itbrainsonline.com/contact-us/


    Note: I removed the http from the URLs because I couldn't figure out a way to stop them from turning into links on this forum.
