residential proxies needed

After testing a lot of providers, I am back to square one: still looking for affordable (cheap) rotating residential proxies. They must be HTTP and work with browser emulation - like web browsing.

I've tested Stormproxies - it looks the best so far, but still having glitches for me.
I also tested SocksHub - too slow for what I need.
Public free proxies - for my surprise, they did work pretty welll even though ips were not residential. However, not reliable at all in the long run.

I am looking for something like $40-$50/month, 1-2 ports and unlimited traffic - with a reasonable pool of residential ips.

If anyone knows a good provider, please share.
