2captcha error on GSA Ranker

Hi there,
I use 2captcha for running GSA ranker, but there was the error happen called: "Server seems down", I try to reset API key on this website, but it completely didn't work, Please help me fix this!

    Start/restart GSA Captcha Breaker and try to disable webserver option and check again.

    I do not use GSA CB, I'm just use 2captcha, what should I do to fix this, plz

    I really tried to connect to your PC, but you are shutting down your remote control software and changing passwords too fast to even come on.

    Anyway, what I would have checked is...
    1. open c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts in notepad and check for entries that reroute the captcha service to 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1 and remove it.
    2. ping the service's host and check the ip
