Indexer v2.48 is not working with SEO Search Engine Ranker

Hello, I just purchased SEO Search Engine Ranker and Indexer. When I run SEO Search Engine Ranker then Indexer not Index any. I saw SEO Search Engine Ranker and Indexer work together and attach automatically to my friend's computer.  (I have uninstalled both of them and restart my computer several times) What would be the possible reason? Or what should I do? Or is there any attaching method SEO Search Engine Ranker with Indexer. I am new, so any help would be highly appreciated.

    I have replied by email. Let me know if that helps.

    not working means that Search Engine Ranker (SER) is not sending the
links automatically? If so, please check that:

- Project allows to send links to indexing services (options)
- SEO Indexer is check in global options -> indexing
- In global options check that it sends links (TEST button).
- Keep in mind that by default, links are sent 5 days after
verification. You can change this in project options as well.

    click on options button in main form -> indexing -> click on GSA SEO
