I think you misunderstood. Please re-read my message. The urls are instantly submitted to search engines that have taken notice of them. Then they come to visit the pages to index the content if it can be indexed. Otherwise yes, you can be refunded if you have not yet submitted but then you will be blacklisted from the best indexing service on the market.

Don't waste your time and money on this service. It's not working. I'm not received any crawl bots on my links. So for sure you can't expect your links will index
This person used the service and then requested a refund right after submitting. There would have been a full refund without it. Now he says that his urls are not crawler when I have proof to the contrary... despicable. I will provide the chat history with him upon request. As you can see, everything works as usual for Google, Bing and Yandex.
