How effective is quick indexing compared to deep indexing by indexing add-on?

Does use the Full indexing feature make sense if quick indexing does the job effectively?

If not, how effective are these services: Kindly rate them below on a scale of 0 to 10 (10 being the best)

    Quick Indexing uses only 1/5 of the sites...so it should be only 20% efficient than the full indexing mode but of course uses only 20% of your resources.

    Indexing mostly depends on the niche you are in, than language you are working with and the quality of articles you are putting out.

    You have to test how effective your indexing method changing the above mentioned variables. But to answer your question if the quick indexing does the job you don't need the full indexing.

    It would have been awesome if "top 20%" of the indexing sites were used in quick indexing to meet the need.

    Not sure what you mean by top 20% but there is a way to filter sites by PR
