Risk Of Using Your Real Email On Contact Form Submission

Is there anyone who tried or who have knowledge about using your real email address on contact form submission.
Will this action trigger spam filters much faster? I ask because some of the clients report that they can not return to given "fake" email address. I also suspect that some of them also returned(send message) to fake email address without noticing my message. Because as a usual habit they press "response" and automatically turn to "from email". So I thought about using real email address on email field but I am totally suspicious about the result of this action.
