Randomize before scanning

Hello @Sven,
I would like to know if the IP ranges are randomized before the scan? I imagine that if we start to scan successively IP coming from the same isp, it is possible to get blocked?

    the ip is not randomized but the port.

    I suspect that it would be constraining to have to generate all the ips from the IP ranges and then rendomize them, on the other hand randomizing the ip ranges would allow not to stay too long on the same block ...
