Way to set the option to not use an article more than X times on multiple accounts

Is there a way to change that option to not post to more than X amount of articles on multiple accounts?  If so, which setting is it in the change single option dropdown menu?

    You have several changes to make...

    • dupecheck article on submit => 1=on, 0=off
    • dupecheck article on submit times => number of dupes allowed
    • dupecheck article on submit type => 0='per account', 1='per site/domain',2='anywhere'
