How Often Do You Refresh Your Project Data?

How often do you refresh the content of your project data (if ever)? How about those of tier 2 and 3?

One a month on T2,3. Once every 3 months on T1 because you really don't build that many links on that level.

For every single submission through the use of huge spintax files that can literally be used millions of times without ever generating a duplicate comment, article or title. Admittedly the content doesn't make a lot of sense to humans but it is entirely unique for each submission.
