Proxy List and Project Logs

Hello,
When I look at project logs it says "google blocked/banned IP" and it doesn make search, but when I go to proxy list and manually check the proxies for google search it says "successful". WHy there is an inconsistency between them

    depends on the time passed between these tests...google is also removing bans again.
