"Skip Ports On Success" Function

Does this work strictly in conjunction with Port Scanner when Loop is checked?
If scanning more than one IP, will checking 'Skip Ports On Success' NOT try scanning a particular port in the entire range of IPs? Like e.g.: If I scan 0.0.0.0 and port 21 is a proxy, then when the Port Scanner gets to 0.0.0.1, will it skip port 21? Or just when looping and on the same IP? Thanks!

    That skip is for the single IP only. If you scan e.g. the whole port range on one IP, it will skip everything once it found 1 open proxy on that IP.
