I want to make a submission without a link (url), blog, guestbook ...

I've been waiting a long time to add comments without having to fill in a site address, a url. 
I want to use only Name, email and comment, without the site address. 
What changes should I make to the engine file? 
Can I have an option to choose whether I want to add a link or not? Thank you!

    What would be the use of this then? The tool is made to build backlinks!

    However as a workaround, you can enter a dummy URL and use 100% on citation anchor type.

    I need to put url in comment, to be more visible for users, and some website just rip website filed, and if is no url in "url" field looks less spammy. Is not for backling, just for commentint. Thank you.
